The rapid development of technology in the digital era requires teachers to possess artificial intelligence (AI) literacy and coding skills as part of their 21st-century pedagogical competencies. Teachers at SMA Islam Andalusia Kebasen Banyumas still face limitations in understanding the basic concepts of AI and its application in learning, creating a need for structured training to improve their capacity. This community service program aims to provide fundamental training on the use of AI for developing learning materials and to introduce coding using Python through the Google Colab platform. The implementation method employs participatory training, consisting of interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Participants were trained to create simple calculation systems, a cashier mini project, and an AI model using Logistic Regression to classify student graduation status. The results show an improvement in teachers’ understanding of AI concepts, their ability to use AI tools for creating learning media, and their basic programming skills. Approximately 80% of participants were able to run simple Python scripts and follow the workflow of building a Machine Learning model. This training provides an essential foundation for teachers to integrate technology into their teaching practices and supports the digital transformation within the school environment.
